Editing User Information

Step 1: Navigate to the User Definition Section

  1. Go to the Settings page.
  2. Navigate to User Management > User Definition.

Step 2: Open the User Edit Box

  1. Find the user you want to edit.
  2. Click on the edit button next to open the User Edit box.

Step 3: Make Changes in the User Edit Box

User Details:

  • Update the Display Name, First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Email Address as needed.
  • If necessary, change the password by entering the new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.

Roles & Teams:

  • Adjust the roles and teams assigned to the user by selecting or deselecting them accordingly.

License:

  • If required, modify the license assigned to the user.

Step 4: Save Changes

Once you've completed the edits, click on "Save" to apply the changes.

Step 5: Confirm Changes

Look for the success message confirming the update of the user account.

Step 6: Verify Changes

Review the user's details on the main page to ensure the changes have been applied.
