Changing the Assigned Person for a Task

Efficient collaboration is at your fingertips! Assign a task to another user within your project with these straightforward steps.

1. Access the Task Data Section

Navigate to the Project Edit Box, where your tasks are listed.

2. Locate the Task

Find the task for which you want to change the assigned person.

3. Edit the Task Details

Click on the task entry to open its details. Look for the field indicating the assigned person.

4. Update the Assigned Person

Edit the assigned person field to select a new person from the available options or input a new name.

5. Save Changes

After updating the assigned person, locate and click on the "Save" or "Update" button to apply the changes. The task details should now reflect the updated assigned person.
