To Add a Checkbox Tag in Workflow Designer:

  1. Select an existing step or add a new one.
  2. Click on the Checkbox Tag icon.

To Configure Checkbox Tag Parameters:

  1. Select the step containing the Check Box Tag.
  2. Open the Tag Parameters Panel.

Within the Checkbox Tag Parameters:

  • Enter Title
  • Enable Mandatory Feature
  • Enable Proceed Automatically to Next Step Feature.

How to Execute Checkbox Tag in Sense

 

To execute the Check Box Tag, follow these steps 

In Sense Web,

  1. Go to the step with Checkbox Tag.
  2. Click on the Check Box Icon to marked it as checked. 

In Sense iOS,

  1. Go to the step with Checkbox Tag. 
  2. Click on the Checkbox Icon to marked it as checked.

Note : 

  • To mark the Checkbox Tag as unchecked click on the checkbox icon again.
  • Checkbox are indicated by green icon where the unchecked are indicated by gray color.
