Step 1: Open Workflow Designer and Add a Step

Navigate to the Workflow Designer:
- Go to the Workflow Designer page.

Add a New Step:
- Click on the Step Type icon to add a new step where you intend to import media.
Step 2: Access the Media Library
- Open Media Library:
- Click on the media library icon to access the available media files.
Step 3: Select and Import Media

Choose Media Type:
- Select the type of media you wish to import, such as photo or video.

Import Media:
- For Existing Media:
- If the media file is already uploaded in the system, click "Import" to add it to the selected step.
- For New Media:
- If the media is not yet uploaded, use the upload option to add it to the system first. After uploading, you can then import it into the step.

View Media in Step Information:
- Once imported, the media will be displayed in the step's information section.
Tips:
- Categorization: Media will be categorized based on its type (e.g., photos in photo steps, videos in video steps).
