  2. Import Media:

    • For Existing Media:
      • If the media file is already uploaded in the system, click "Import" to add it to the selected step.
    • For New Media:
      • If the media is not yet uploaded, use the upload option to add it to the system first. After uploading, you can then import it into the step.
  3. View Media in Step Information:

    • Once imported, the media will be displayed in the step's information section.

Tips:

  • Categorization: Media will be categorized based on its type (e.g., photos in photo steps, videos in video steps).
  • Pre-upload Requirement: Only media files that are already uploaded to the system can be imported directly. Ensure you upload any new media before importing.
  • Multiple Media: You can import multiple media files and types into a step to streamline your workflow documentation.

By following these steps, you can effectively incorporate media into your workflow steps, enhancing the overall quality and comprehensibility of your workflow documentation.
