Managing a Team

To create a team:

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management > Team Definition.
  2. Click the Add New button.
  3. Enter the Team Name and Team Description.
  4. Click the Save button.

To view a team member:

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management > Team Definition.
  2. Select the team and click on View Members.

To add a team member:

  1. Click on the Add Row button.
  2. Select the user.
  3. Click the Save button.

To remove a team member:

  1. Select the user.
  2. Click the delete icon next to the user.
  3. Click the Save button.

 

To delete a team:

  1. Select the team.
  2. Click the Delete button.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Note: To delete a team, first remove all the team members.
