Basic Plan

€720 per user per year

Advanced Plan

€1190 per user per year

  • All features from the Basic Plan
  • Access on multiple devices at a time
  • Remote tele-mentoring
  • Email support & support portal

Premium Plan

€1590 per user per year

  • All features from the Advanced Plan
  • Work instructions & mentoring
  • IoT & tool integration
  • CAD, ERP & MES integration
  • Support with a 2-hour response time

How to Subscribe

  1. Log in to your DropsLab account.

  2. Navigate to the subscription page from the main menu.

  3. Choose your preferred subscription plan (Basic, Advanced, or Premium).

  4. Click on the “Subscribe” button.

  5. Enter your payment details and confirm the subscription.  


Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade/Downgrade:

  1. Go to your account settings.
  2. Select “Subscription” from the menu.
  3. Choose the new plan you wish to switch to and confirm the changes.

Cancel Subscription:

  1. Go to your account settings.
  2. Select “Subscription” from the menu.
  3. Click on “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.

Renew Subscription:

  1. Go to your account settings.
  2. Select “Subscription” from the menu.
  3. Click on “Renew Subscription” and follow the prompts.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers

To add or update your payment information:

  1. Go to your account settings.
  2. Select “Payment Methods.”
  3. Enter the new payment details and save the changes.

Common Issues:

  • Issue with payment processing: Ensure your payment details are correct and try again.
  • Unable to access premium features: Log out and log back in, or contact support.
